Defense calling 6th witness in ex-CIA agent's case

The defense for an ex-CIA agent accused of perjury and immigration fraud is calling witnesses to try to discredit testimony given for the prosecution.
Luis Posada Carriles (loo-EES' poh-SAH'-dah kah-REE'-lays) is an 83-year-old anti-communist militant and Cuba native long supported by Washington. But he sneaked into the U.S. in 2005 and is charged with lying during citizenship hearings in Texas about how he entered the country, and of failing to admit allegedly masterminding deadly hotel bombings in Cuba in 1997.
Posada's attorneys are calling their sixth witness Thursday. They would not say beforehand who it will be.
Their first five have all attempted to impeach testimony given for the prosecution, barely mentioning Posada's name and offering no information that might corroborate his version of events.
