How to reset your BlackBerry
Do not be confused once when you are experiencing any blackberry configuration, try restore default settings to your BB's how:

1. select option
2. select the security option
3. select General settings
4. press the menu button
5. select Wipe Handheld
if you come out, enter the word "black berry" to comfirm wipe handheld
6. input the word Blackberry
already ok .... Do not forget to unplug the battery and plug it in again ....
